As our growth continues across the U.S. and Canada, we're searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives on identifying and hiring high-performing, commission-based sales representatives and corporate roles (e.g., Finance, Accounting).

In this role, you will:
• Partner closely with hiring managers to fill roles under 45 days, focusing heavily on high-impact, revenue-driving sales positions.
• Act as a brand ambassador, sourcing top talent through job boards, social media, passive outreach, trade schools, and recruiting events.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle using ADP Recruit—from job posting to onboarding.
• Bring recruiting data to life, using metrics and dashboards to drive better decisions.
• Represent DuraServ at job fairs and on-campus recruiting events, creating strong first impressions for future talent.
• Lead an exceptional candidate experience—from first contact through Day 1 onboarding.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
• Has 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record hiring commissioned sales professionals.
• Understands the urgency and strategy required to place high-performing reps in competitive markets.
• Brings creativity to sourcing while maintaining strong process discipline.
• Knows how to leverage ATS platforms like ADP Workforce Now.
• Is results-driven, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth business.

• (K) Knowledge and experience in best practices for compliant talent acquisition processes.
• (S) Skilled in effectively using technology solutions and platforms.

• (S) Has the ability and skill to consult and advise with Management.
• (A) Demonstrates the ability to engage and influence top talented candidates that DuraServ is an employer of choice.
• (A) Has the ability to manage high volume recruiting that includes detailed workflow processes and deadlines.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
• In an office environment. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
• Prolonged periods sitting and/or at a variable desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to ten pounds infrequently.
Travel
• There is limited travel in this role with periodic university or college campus recruitment events scheduled.
Education and Experience
• 4+ years’ experience in full cycle talent acquisition.
• Experience in HCM technology platforms especially with Applicant Tracking Systems. ADP Workforce Now experience is preferred.
