The Talent Acquisition Specialist will create and implement a sustainable recruitment **strategy** to attract and hire talented co-workers across A.Y. McDonald Industries. This position will partner with HR Representatives by providing expertise in identification, sourcing, alignment and retention of top talent to support desired company goals. The Talent Acquisition specialist will lead all recruiting efforts across the companies. What will you do? + Function as an **advisor** and **partner** to senior leadership, hiring managers, and human resources to align talent acquisition strategies across subsidiaries. + Develop creative recruiting methods, stay up-to-date with trends, and managing external recruitment vendor relationships. Will consider **cost-benefit analysis** to evaluate alternate approaches. + **Establish guidelines** for outside recruiters. + **Implement recruitment strategies** , with an emphasis on talent pipeline development. Create and build relationships with trade schools, high schools, and colleges to grow the pipeline. + **Lead projects** efficiently and partner with our internal marketing department to create recruitment advertising strategies.
