What we want
We are seeking passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to help us achieve our business goals. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by bringing in the best and brightest individuals. Our immediate needs are for Talent Specialists II and Talent Specialist III positions.
Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist II: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and three full years of full cycle recruiting experience.
Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist III: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and five full years of full cycle recruiting experience.
Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist I: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and one full year of HR related experience.
* Compensation and classification is based on the analyses of the above qualifications during the recruitment process.

Salary: Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire’s experience.

Location: position is located onsite at our main campus in College Station Texas
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
+ Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
+ Excellent customer service orientation.
+ Attention to detail.
+ Knowledge of state and federal policy in recruiting, hiring and employment.
+ Track record of personal accountability, integrity, and proven organizational skills.
+ Strong written communication, analytical, interpersonal, customer service skills.
+ Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Working knowledge of HR systems including Workday or other HCM application, background investigation and credential verification.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or similar field of study.
+ More than one year of experience of recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring activities.
+ Experience coordinating recruiting activities through HR representatives in the field.
