As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be focussing on supporting business units to acomplish their hiring goals by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent for our Creative, Engineering, and Media roles LATAM. You will be involved in defining, designing, and implementing recruitment strategies for Prodigious with a focus on attracting top talent, partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the globe, work closely with the LATAM talent team in order to fill requisitions as quickly as possible while you continue to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Qualifications2+ years of full-cycle Recruiting experience, specifically in a high-growth/ high-performance environment in a competitive market Communication is one of your strengths. You are proactive, clear, and compelling in your written and oral communicationA bias-to-action, high attention to detail, and an infectious sense of urgencyA proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problemsThe desire and appreciation for feedback as part of the effort to improve as a Recruiter and strategic business partnerA positive, high-transparency, and team-oriented approach to your workAdvanced english level
