OVERALL ROLE PURPOSE:
\nThe position is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting and onboarding success throughout the organization and plays a critical role in insuring that we are hiring and assimilating the best possible talents and serves as the Talent Acquisition Champion for Philippines.
\nYOUR TASKS:
\n\nDeveloping policies and strategies for acquiring new talent to support the business.\nAnalyzing the company’s hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring.\nWorking closely with the hiring managers in filling the open positions and anticipate needs.\nIdentifying the issues, analyzing the recruitment process and performance, introduce process improvements, and implement changes.\nAnalyses the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements.\nUsing various channels to source candidates.\nManaging the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing.\nBuilding relationships with applicants and past employees.\nResearching talent acquisition trends to improve the process.\nRepresenting the organization in any Academe Linkage programs/events.\nBuilding good relationship with various external recruitment partners/agencies, including management and monitoring of performance.\nProviding consultancy services to resolve the recruitment related issues to contribute and achieve business goals.\nProposing compensation proposal for new hires and any employee movement with salary changes.\nDriving local, regional & global projects, and ensure timely implementation in the country.\nEnsuring completeness and on-time submission of new hire's pre-employment requirements, including timely coordination with the Clinic Team on medical examination.\nMonitoring completion of pre-employment compliance processes such as Global Vetting & Local Background Investigation.\nReviewing employee movement proposals (Stretch/Double-hatting Assignment, promotion, etc), and propose changes if necessary.\nLeading the Country Onboarding for new hires and closely coordinating with different functions to ensure a smooth employee onboarding run.\nProviding great employee pre and onboarding experience through various onboarding programs (digital onboarding, DHL in a Box, etc).\nCarry out any task that is required by your manager from time-to-time.\n\nYOUR PROFILE:
\n\nUnderstanding of HR processes and talent acquisition trends.\nStrong interpersonal skills to connect with potential candidates.\nExcellent Presentation skills.\nExcellent Communication skills, spoken and written.\nStrong project management skills.\nStrong stakeholder management skills.\nKnowledge about the industry and the roles within the organization\nStrong analytical and reporting skills\nExhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.\nAnalyzes and resolves complex cross-functional issues.\nWell-developed relationship skills and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.\nWith at least 7-10 years relevant HR/Talent Acquisition experience.\nBachelor's degree in Psychology or equivalent.\n\n\nOUR OFFER:
