Talent Acquisition Specialist Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role is pivotal in developing and executing a strategic plan to attract and recruit top talent for all licensed medical and mental health positions within the organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to ensure the recruitment process aligns with the organization’s goals and values. Site Location: Administration | 681 Center St. NE, Salem, OR 97301 West Salem Clinic - Medical | 1233 Edgewater St. NW, Salem, OR 97304 Please note: This position is in-person and not remote. Position Status: Full-Time Office Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Sign-on Bonus: $3,000.00 Referral Bonus: $1,000.00 (Referral bonus’ expire at the close of this job posting.) Salary is DOE. Range $29.80-$37.75-$44.70 YOUR ROLE: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to attract and recruit top talent. This includes identifying future hiring needs, sourcing candidates, screening applications, and collaborating with hiring managers and HR to ensure the right candidates are brought on board. This position focuses on recruiting for all licensed medical and mental health positions and full-cycle recruitment for providers. Key responsibilities include recruitment system administration, advertising, sourcing, interview planning, and coordination of interview schedules and site visits for providers. You will also develop and implement a formal recruiting process for licensed medical and mental health providers. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and execute provider recruiting plans in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders. + Actively source candidates and maintain a “warm” provider candidate list. + Place job advertisements for all positions, identifying effective advertising methods. + Stay updated on healthcare recruiting trends through research, seminars, networking, and industry events. + Maintain current job postings and track all recruitment activity, including reporting on key metrics like time-to-fill and time-to-hire. + Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process for licensed medical and mental health providers, including interview scheduling, site visits, and onboarding. Qualifications: + Minimum of 2 years of related HR recruiting and staffing experience; healthcare recruiting experience is required. + Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a combination of education and work experience. + Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. + Experience sourcing candidates through various methods, including social media, advertising, job fairs, and resume searches. + Experience in a non-profit organization, medical clinics, or community health center setting is preferred.
