Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Attraction and Employer Branding
Assist on the development and implementation of the regional talent acquisition and employer branding strategyEnsure execution of a professional, brand enhancing candidate experience through all recruitment and selection cycle touch-pointsAct as a brand ambassador for the airline, developing and promoting the regional employee value proposition that inspire candidates to apply for positions and accept offered opportunitiesProactively build relationships with relevant stakeholders that strengthen Cathay’s employer branding in the region to attract the best talentDevise and execute the plan to actively manage talent pools that create a talent pipeline of candidates for role (for example, alumni, university or school engagements, and internships)Assist Manager in development and implementation of policies, procedures and processes related to sourcing, recruiting, promotion, transfer, on-boarding and off-boardingWork closely with Manager to leverage recruitment channels and improve sourcing effectiveness
Recruitment and Selection Process Excellence
Manage and deliver end-to-end recruitment processes from discussing requirements with hiring managers and developing commercially focused, brand enhancing assessment and selection processes, job advertisement creation, sourcing, screening, selecting, offer and on-boardingBe the expert in a wide variety of recruitment approaches and processes including the adoption of new tools and technology aligned with the global talent acquisition strategy to ensure a high quality candidate and hiring manager experienceEffectively prioritise different roles and ensure that time to fill is measured and optimisedReview job descriptions within corporate guidelines and ensure that the job advertisement is posted in an effective, clear and appealing manner which meet all local regulationsProvide expertise in interpreting test results, shortlists, interviews and measured assessment centre performanceConduct full reference and background checks to ensure the quality of hires and risk minimisationLead the offer process, including salary negotiationManage internal promotion and progression programmes and activities as required
On-boarding and Off-boarding
To ensure that the on-boarding process is engaging and is delivered with a local context that brings the Cathay brand to lifeEnsure all regulatory training is completed and monitor Brushwingers’ completion for eLearning and other safety or induction related trainingManage and ensure the off-boarding process is smooth and leaves a positive lasting impression on the exiting employee

Bachelor degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline
Knowledge, skills and experiences:
