Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

In this critical role, The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for end to end recruitment cycle for all Malaysia vacancies and implementing process improvements to attract, recruit and retain top talent within our rapidly growing global company.                                     

Duties & Responsibilities:

Managing the full recruitment cycle - sourcing, assessing, hiring across Malaysia region. Building effective relationships with internal customers as well as internal and external sources. Talent Sourcing & hiring for Malaysia and other regions as per hiring needs. Maintain Recruitment ATS & timely update candidate status. Scouting best job sites at negotiable rates for attracting talent across Malaysia. Setting up processes and procedures in Recruitment. Maintain and develop recruitment metrics and headcount dashboard. Provide miscellaneous administrative/coordination or support to HR. Contribute to process improvement initiatives. Work on projects in support of best practices.

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience: 

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of proven experience in recruiting for a broad range of positions on multi location level.  Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Demonstrated knowledge of full life cycle recruiting components. Exposure to research tools, social media and new sourcing techniques to find additional candidates.  Exceptional relationship building and management ability  Must be able to work across various divisions and with business leaders. Experience of working with at least one ATS. Linkedin Recruiter skills is an added advantage. Proven ability to constantly reprioritize workload based upon changing demands. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Team player with the ability to work in a complex organization. Positive attitude  Demonstrated ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressured environment (MUST HAVE) Strong PC skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, ability to work with web-based social network.

Preferred Qualifications:

Medical Device and manufacturing industry experience will be an asset.

Preferred Education:

Bachelor’s Degree with MBA, HR
