Job description
Plan recruitment for assigned positions, coordinate with specialized departments to clarify recruitment requirements and propose effective recruitment plans.
Carry out recruitment steps according to the Company's recruitment process.
Prepare for the candidate's job acceptance process and guide new employees to prepare for the first day of work.
Manage, update candidate data and make reports as required by superiors
Other tasks assigned from HR Director/Office Manager.
Requirements
University graduated, major in Human Resources or equivalent.
1 years’ experience as a Talent Acquisition at technology company.
Good command written communication skills in English or Mandarin.
Have a great teamwork spirit.
Good planning and organization skills, able to analyze and solve problem.
