Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, talent sourcing, and selection processes. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field Should have min 4years to maximum 6 yrs strong Experience in End-to-End Recruitment. Prior working experience in Engineering roles is required. Candidate willing to work from our Hyderabad office 5 days/week. Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices Coordinating interview process with engineering hiring managers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers Experience using recruitment software and social media for sourcing candidates Work Hours : 9:30am IST - 6:30pm IST Knowledge of Indian employment laws and regulations #LI-VK1 EEO Statement TRC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
