Talent Acquisition Specialist

Be responsible for the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment cycle from A-Z (from draft of Position Description up to signature of the Offer Letter); Manage the recruitment of senior executives for our different business lines across Europe; Partner with internal clients and research associates and drive the strategy, process, and timelines as it relates to candidate identification and development; Lead local and remote Recruitment Researchers to generate ideas, leverage existing resources (Eurofins ATS, social media, databases and any other open sources) and share information that facilitates an effective sourcing and candidate attraction strategy; Own all aspects of candidate recruitment including setting strategy, crafting a message, executing on calls/video interviews, networking, developing, and building relationships with candidates, and advising the internal clients on the potential candidates; Execute executive research which may include networking, identifying applicant associations/pools/professional groups and affiliations, alumni websites, Boolean searches, targeted companies/individuals, use of analytics tools, etc.; Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographic data to enable business unit heads and hiring managers to be well-informed on market conditions. You are eager to learn and willing to operate in a fast-paced environment. Confident in your networking abilities to identify outstanding candidates.  Background: Overall 3-5 years of recruiting or candidate sourcing experience, delivering end-to-end recruitment assignments, including passive candidates sourcing for open roles, market mapping and creating/maintaining talent pools. Of those minimum of 3 years of full cycle middle-to-senior level recruitment experience in an agency (Executive Search) or in-house recruitment within a corporate environment is desirable. Education: Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. Language: Fluent in French and English Technical knowledge: proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); confident in using analytical tools and boolean searches to identify candidates.  We support your development! Do you feel you don’t match 100% of the requirements?
