Key Responsibilities: Onboarding Support: Handle new hire paperwork, manage relocation and travel reimbursements, and assist in coordinating background checks, drug screens, and reference verifications. Data Management: Maintain accurate applicant tracking and HR systems, ensuring all candidate data and documents are processed efficiently. Coordination & Communication: Schedule interviews, handle invoice payments, and serve as a key point of contact for candidates, employees, and external customers. Audit and Process Improvement: Regularly audit and improve internal processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every stage of the hiring process. Customer Service: Provide top-tier support to both internal teams and external clients, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Team Collaboration: Work closely with HR colleagues and other departments to align on talent strategies and improve overall service delivery. Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED required Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum Experience: Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll or other similar environment OR Bachelor’s and no experience (St. Jude will consider candidates who will graduate with a Bachelor's degree by May 2025.) Compensation In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
