We are actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Harrisburg, PA! As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s future by attracting top talent, driving a seamless recruitment process, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to attract high-quality candidatesCollaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative candidate attraction strategiesPartner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define selection criteria, and assess candidatesCreate compelling job descriptions and tailored interview questions to reflect role requirementsSource top talent through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other channelsOrganize and participate in career fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipelineManage the full recruitment cycle, from initial screening to offer negotiationLeverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain efficient and organized recruitment processesAnalyze recruitment metrics regularly and prepare reports for stakeholders Requirements

  

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProfessional HR certification (e.g., PHR) is preferred5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role, preferably in the AEC industry or a professional services firmStrong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practicesProficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms for recruitmentExcellent communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyFamiliarity with employment laws and regulations relevant to the recruitment processEffective utilization of common business platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting tools, human capital management systems, etc.Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time is required by car, train, and/or air as appropriate for office visits, career fairs, recruitment events, and conferences as needed, including overnight travel Valid U.S. driver’s license is requiredLegal authorization to work in the U.S.
