Job Summary:

Role: Searching, Attracting, Screening and Reporting candidates’ information is the key responsibility for Talent Acquisition at assigned Business Division. The position is responsible for HR professional who specializes in sourcing, identifying and hiring specific types of employees. They are usually employed in highly competitive job markets that are rapidly growing and changing. Certain industries, such as tech, finance and health care, use talent acquisition specialists to fill important positions.

Reporting directly to:  Talent Acquisition Manager  Working location: Flemington Tower, 182 Le Dai Hanh, District 1, HCMC

Core job responsibilities:

Handling full recruitment process to hire the best suitable talent employees for the company.Coordinating with HRBP & hiring managers to identify staffing needs.Determining selection criteriaSourcing potential candidates through multiple channels (e.g. job boards, social platforms and professional networks.)Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviewsAssess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Workday and CRM (Candidate Relationship Management).Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidatesJoin in local/area projects and assigned tasks

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
 

Work Experience:

BA/BS Degree Have 2-3 year experience at recruitment

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED

Graduate from a reputable institute; MBA from a reputable institute highly preferred
