Required Qualifications:
In this role of a TA-Specialist, one is responsible for
Handling end-to-end recruitment process of entry level positions and intermediate level positions Sourcing profiles based on the Job Description from various sourcing portals. Maintaining the candidate database. Screening resumes Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates. Coordinating interview schedules with managers Administering the company assessments Performing reference and background checks Coordinating pre-onboarding activities. Ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Contributing to identify, develop, implement and drive creative interventions for addressing recruitment challenges effectively and efficiently Building meaningful relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. This will require engagement with internal and external stakeholders systematically Providing timely reports related to recruitment funnel and recruitment related metrics at each process stage level and also overall in weekly, monthly, quarterly frequency or as required by senior managementDesired Qualifications:
Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strongrelationships. Tamil language (Spoken) proficiency is mandatory
Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) Proven experience in high volume recruitment Must have knowledge on candidate sourcing portals. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Documentation management.
