Due to growth, we have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department to support hiring for our production team. Hybrid work option available. **WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:** + Identify, develop, and implement effective talent acquisition strategies for filling roles while advising and influencing stakeholders + Generate candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods for a assortment of production positions + Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer + Document the process including interviews, offers and feedback in our HR System (Workday) + Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring teams and HR business partners to fill positions + Communicate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand current and upcoming hiring needs + Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process, and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws + Promote the nVent brand to build and maintain the reputation as a destination of choice for top talent YOU HAVE: + 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred + Experience recruiting for manufacturing or high volume roles is preferred + Ability to be flexible and adaptable + Ability to speak Spanish preferred + Ability to prioritize effectively within a fast paced, change oriented environment **WE HAVE:** + A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day + At nVent, we believe safer systems ensure a more secure world.
