Talent Acquisition Specialist
Description We are in search of a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support one of our best clients. In this role, you will be a key player in our recruitment efforts, focusing primarily on operations roles such as call center, service desk, managerial positions, compliance/legal, and early talent/internships. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage a high volume of open job requisitions, ranging from 20 to 25 at any given time. • Be proactive in reading and assisting in writing job requirements, ensuring they accurately reflect the needs of the role. • Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand and qualify job requirements. • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and our database to source and recruit potential candidates. • Conduct candidate interviews to assess suitability for the role. • Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating the process for both parties. • Provide timely feedback and manage job offers to selected candidates. • Spend a significant part of your day, approximately 30%-40%, on phone calls related to recruitment activities. • Leverage your experience with Fieldglass and other recruitment tools to streamline recruitment processes. • Conduct background checks and other pre-employment screening processes to ensure candidate suitability. Requirements • Ability to conduct thorough Background Checks for potential employees. • Knowledge of Benefit Functions and ability to manage them effectively. • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers. • Experience with Greenhouse or Fieldglass recruitment software for managing the hiring process. • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and connecting with potential candidates.
