As our dedicated sourcer, you will lead the charge in seeking out top-tier talent, partnering with campuses and events for lead generation, and leveraging various recruiting tools such as social media, job boards, and more to build robust pipelines of prospective candidates. This full-time remote-based position offers the flexibility to work from your home office anywhere in the US, with occasional travel opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES • Actively seek out talented Veterinarians. • Collaborate with the recruitment team to scout talent nationwide. • Serve as the primary contact for potential candidates, sourcing, engaging, and screening them. • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to grasp role specifications. • Utilize databases, social media, and various platforms to source candidates. • Foster relationships with veterinary schools and industry associations. • Identify innovative methods for sourcing candidates. • Foster and improve the company's image and assist in building national recognition. QUALIFICATIONS • 1+ years of talent sourcing experience • Skilled in social platforms, recruiting software and other recruitment tools. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment • CRM utilization and other advanced search techniques, including social media, alumni and conference lists, extensive database and list mining, Boolean searching, etc.Proven sourcing management • Strong organizational skills • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills • Technologically proficient • Nature ability to research and dig for information
