Training for the right person Willl Be Provided! **Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition** **Location: Appleton, WI** **Pay Range: Competitve compansagion and benefits** **What’s the Job / Primary Duties:** * Work with Hiring Manager's to complete a hiring needs assessment, identify open positions and required skills and qualifications * Source, attract, screen and qualify candidates using a variety of methods such as job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns. * Identify, assess, place, and manage and advance a diverse talent portfolio of associates and professionals. * Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role. * Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. * Build and maintain excellent client and candidate relationships. * Coach, Councel, Complete performance reviews Maintain data in applicant tracking system **What’s Needed / Qualifications:** **Requirements** Industry: 1+ year in recruiting, human resources, customer service, and/or sales (preferred - not necessary). Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
