Are you a recruiting powerhouse with a passion for connecting top-tier talent to impactful opportunities? At KBR, we’re looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help staff critical government contracts by sourcing and hiring highly cleared Intelligence professionals. In this role, you’ll be the matchmaker between exceptional candidates and mission-critical roles in the Intelligence Community (IC). Responsibilities include:

Innovate: Source and attract specialized talent using cutting-edge tools, including internal resources, job boards, social networks, and university partnerships.Engage: Build lasting relationships by initiating meaningful connections through cold-calling, networking events, and other creative outreach methods.Deliver: Pre-screen, qualify, and present top candidates for mission-critical roles.Collaborate: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure seamless candidate and requisition management.Ensure Excellence: Maintain compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and other regulatory requirements using our Workday applicant tracking system.Contribute: Assist with data entry, track outreach activity, and help manage scheduling while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree5+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experienceIntel and/or DoD recruiting experienceAbility to manage multiple proposal contracts simultaneouslyExperience in bids and proposals/pre-award staffingExperience recruiting cleared candidates from TS/SCI up to Full Scope Polygraph levelStrong Boolean search skills and experience sourcing candidates from online job boardsStrong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with Workday ATS and Phenom CRM.Expertise in compliance requirements (OFCCP, AAP, EEO).

Work Environment:

Location: Primarily remote with 1-2x/month in the Chantilly areaTravel Requirements: Minimal 0-10%Working Hours: Standard workday with occasional non-standard work hours required

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
