Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and job requirements. Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback. Track and report recruitment metrics. Maintain a strong pipeline of talent for future openings. Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment workflows.  HR Administration: Manage HR documentation (including employment contracts). Provide HR operational support for onboarding and offboarding tasks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system. Support the HR team with various administrative tasks, employee engagement initiatives and activities and any other ad-hoc projects as may be assigned.  Employer Branding: Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work. Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors and other talent sources. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations. Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to the Director, Human Resources – APAC.  Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources management.

Experience You Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role. Proven track record of successful hiring and talent acquisition. Familiarity with sourcing techniques and platforms. Strong knowledge of hiring practices and employment regulations in India; exposure to international markets is an advantage understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment.
