We are seeking a dynamic recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple markets and role levels, from entry-level to leadership positions. This role is perfect for a strategic talent expert who excels at building strong relationships, driving innovative sourcing strategies, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. This position would allow you to work from your home office located in Minneapolis, MN or the surrounding area.

The Role

Drive and execute recruitment strategies for assigned regions, ensuring alignment with business needsPartner with hiring managers at all levels to understand workforce planning, role expectations, and future talent needsOwn the entire hiring process—from job requisition creation to offer negotiation—ensuring a best-in-class candidate experienceDevelop and maintain pipelines for critical, high-volume, and leadership rolesMaintain accurate recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all hiring practices comply with federal, state and local regulationsTrack and analyze hiring metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve recruitment effectivenessCollaborate closely with the Talent team to align recruitment strategies, share best practices, and support initiatives that drive hiring excellenceWork closely with the Onboarding Team to ensure new hires complete all pre-employment requirementsAble to work within normal business hours of M-F, 8am-5pm and be flexible to work outside those hours when urgent business needs arise Requirements 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring across all levels, from entry-level roles to executive leadershipBachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)Experience hiring in telecommunications/broadband communications space a plusStrong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and advise hiring managersExceptional sourcing expertise across multiple platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)Experience using an ATS; Paylocity Recruiting experience is a plusAnalytical mindset with the ability to track hiring data and drive continuous improvementsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage candidates, communicate with hiring managers, and represent TAK BroadbandMust maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalismMust provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves drivingPassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
