What You'll Do

As a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting Global Services – IT, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities across both regular and temporary IT roles. You’ll work as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business partners, driving sourcing strategy, engaging top talent, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

In partnership with other team members in the Global Services Recruiting function, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding—across a high-volume, dynamic, and global setting. You will be expected to maintain a high bar for quality and integrity, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience for all stakeholders.

 

What will you do

Lead full-cycle recruitment for open IT roles across various domains (e.g., software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, UX, program management).Partner closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and functional leadership to define role requirements and hiring strategies.Proactively build and manage pipelines of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.Provide regular updates on hiring progress to stakeholders through data-driven reporting and dashboards.Facilitate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and debrief coordination in collaboration with the recruiting operations team.Drive the offer management process, including compensation recommendations, negotiation, and closing.Ensure all data is accurately captured and updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Support compliance and background verification requirements in alignment with local and global policies.Collaborate with sourcing and operations team members to manage capacity, identify gaps, and scale support during surges.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)Minimum 5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in both agency and corporate environments.Proven track record of hiring across IT functions (e.g., DevOps, infrastructure, application development, data & analytics, cybersecurity).Experience working in a global organization with high-volume recruitment requirements.Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and applicant tracking systems (BrassRing preferred).Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Who You'll Work With

You’ll be a part of the Global TA team, collaborating closely with hiring managers in the IT function, HR Business Partners, Sourcing & Ops support, and regional/global recruiting stakeholders. You will also interface with external search partners as required.
