About the position  

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of all Talent Attraction and Integration related activities for our Benelux and EPDM HQ (Europe and Pacific Developed Markets Headquarters) business units. The role is positioned in our Amsterdam office and reports to the HR Business Partner Benelux.  

In this role, your main mission is the crafting and safeguarding of the Kraft Heinz' culture through attracting, hiring and onboarding the right candidates for our commercial business. This includes the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing to contracting and onboarding. Building, planning, and implementing a strong employer brand, communications and talent pipelining strategy is part of your scope. In brief, you are responsible for: 

Recruitment  

Full ownership of the recruitment cycle for approximately 200 fte, starting from the hiring manager kick-off (what are we looking for?) to sourcing and selecting through interviewing, offering and hiring.  

Guardian of the inclusive hiring process and further development of our diversity agenda from external talent attraction perspective  

Together with the full Talent Acquisition team and with support from our central Talent team, manage the full Trainee Program Recruitment  

Supporting our Young Talent Program (internships)  

Employer Branding  

Responsible for employer branding, starting with setting up a local EB strategy and any (creative) methods to enhance engagement with Kraft Heinz.  

Closely work together with the talent acquisition teams of the other business units in Amsterdam  

Full owner of University Relations in the Netherlands, including career fairs, company presentations and organization of inhouse days.  

Training  

Training of (new) managers on the Inclusive Hiring process and interviewing skills  

HR 

Support the HR team with the onboarding and integration of new hires in the business  

Support the HR team with internal communications and internal events  

Qualifications  

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.  

Bachelor's degree or higher  

At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in recruitment on different levels of seniority in a fast paced, dynamic environment 

Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners. 

Listening and understanding the need and building a clear action plan towards success.  

Fluent proficiency in English 

Nice-to-haves:  

Experience at a recruitment agency combined with experience inhouse  

Dutch language skills  

Previous experience with Employer Branding and University Relations (campus recruitment)
