We are seeking a skilled Global Sourcer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent. This position can be located remotely in India.

Note: Candidate need to work in US Time Zone.

What your impact will be:

Focus on global open recruiting needs. Work closely with our business leaders to identify recruiting needs, strategy and execution. Act as a main point of contact on all sourcing related questions for stakeholders. Consistently build, organize and cultivate diverse pipelines of qualified candidates. Be a driver for change within the TA function, sharing best practice across the team, and bringing new ideas and perspective to peers and leadership. What you will bring: 5+ years experience in a corporate sourcer position. Hands-on experience in hiring talent in globally. Ability to partner with stakeholders and collaborate with various internal teams (HR, Finance, etc.). Experience with process improvement projects and a solutions focus. What will give you an edge: Experience with Greenhouse or other modern ATS’s. Prior experience with DE&I hiring strategies and tools. Employer branding experience.
