Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs. 
 
  
Key Responsibilities 
 
Reporting to the P&T Lead, you will: 

Actively coordinate with hiring managers and international account managers to identify and explore staffing needs.   Lead regular follow ups on open positions  Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. LinkedIn) and manage candidate journey through local system (success factors)  Plan and execute interview and selection processes, including screening calls, technical assessments and in-person interviews combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioural questions).  Be familiar with immigration processes and assist the candidates with related orientation.  Develop strategies to attract talent, namely, fostering partnerships with key Universities, participating in industry and sector relevant job fairs and in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals.  Manage the recruitment platforms and onboarding process liaising with all teams involved. 

  
Qualifications 
 

Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience with preferably 1 year of IT/Technical recruitment  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English  Basic to intermediate knowledge of immigration processes  Proficiency in office automation tools (MS Office)  Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workable and Success Factors  Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills  Outgoing and empathetic personality with a focus on building relationships  Self-motivated and results-oriented approach
