Talent Acquisition Specialist II

This role is crucial in driving impactful recruitment marketing campaigns across EMEA.

You will be responsible for developing and executing creative and engaging strategies to attract top talent.

You will play a key role in enhancing Alorica's employer brand within the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Sourcing & Marketing:

Develop and implement innovative recruitment marketing strategies across various channels, including job boards, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), and employer branding websites.

Utilize recruitment marketing tools and technologies to identify and attract qualified candidates.

Manage and optimize recruitment campaigns 

Social Media Management:

Manage and moderate Alorica's EMEA social media pages (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).

Create engaging content (text, images, videos) to promote career opportunities and build a strong employer brand.

Monitor social media conversations and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.

Event Management:

Plan, organize, and execute successful recruitment events, including job fairs, open days, and on-site events.

Coordinate logistics, staffing, and marketing materials for events.

Track event attendance and measure the effectiveness of each event.

Employee Engagement:

Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as internal communication campaigns and employee recognition programs.

Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and a positive employee experience.

Employer Branding:

Develop and maintain a strong employer brand across all channels.

Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to differentiate Alorica.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.

Proven experience in recruitment marketing, including social media recruitment, job board advertising, and employer branding.

Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, project management, organizational, and time-management skills.   

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with recruitment events (job fairs, open days) is a plus.

Experience with employee engagement programs is a plus.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
