Talent Acquisition Specialist II - Strategy & Outreach
**Job Description** **US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED** \#LI-KB1 As a Talent Acquisition Strategy & Outreach Specialist at BAE Systems Space & Mission Systems, you will be pivotal in enhancing our talent acquisition capabilities, with a strong focus on data-driven planning, market intelligence, outreach and sourcing strategies. The role will provide regular support to the SMS Talent Advisor team in their effort to attract and hire the most qualified candidates who can help us achieve our mission: We Protect Those Who Protect Us. This exciting role will also provide support for various other activities within talent acquisition, including the continued growth of our referral program campaigns and rapid hiring response planning. The Human Resources Strategic Capabilities Unit develops, retains, rewards and attracts talent needed for the business to attain strategic and operational goals. **What You ll Do:** + **Strategy Development & Delivery:** + Drive the development of innovative and data-driven outreach and sourcing strategies to attract the most qualified talent to current and future roles. + Take ownership of the Outreach Strategy process and sources documents, to include maintaining accurate and up-to-date information, as well as adding more sources moving forward. + Analyze the effectiveness and ROI of Outreach Strategies regularly and consult/recommend modification to approach and execution. + Assist the Talent Advisor team by organizing both traditional and advanced sourcing techniques into plan, not limited to methods such as social media insight and profile aggregators, industry and talent movement intelligence, CRM, talent pool engagement, internal/external talent pool mining, geofencing and event targeting, Boolean search logic and deep web mining to engage and pipeline prospective candidates for current and future roles. + **Market Research and Tracking:** + Conduct regular and thorough research on industry trends, competitor role comparisons, and market dynamics to gain insights into talent availability, to include leveraging Strategic Operations Business Unit insights. + Infuse research in a timely manner into Outreach Strategies. + Track and report sourcing metrics to assess effectiveness, candidate engagement, and pipeline growth. + **Referral Program Campaign:** + Plan quarterly referral program campaigns to increase bonus referrals, while evaluating ROI. + Work with recruitment marketing team to manage position and location specific landing pages, partnering to create content, and track outcomes. + Work with Talent Advisors and business leaders to promote the program across the sector. + **Event Logistics:** + Participate in event coordination, to include fielding and tracking requests, researching cost and reviewing historical ROI, completing registrations, and organizing pre- and post-event logistics calls. + Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule. + Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment. + Perform other duties as necessary. **On-Site Work Environment:** This position requires regular in-person engagement by working **on-site three or more days** each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required. **Working Conditions:** + Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years related experience. + Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education. + Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing, social media best practices, talent identification strategies and professional business communications. + Demonstrated expertise in Boolean searching and sourcing techniques. + Experience in sourcing candidates with federal security clearances. + Understanding of talent acquisition related OFCCP and EEO regulations. + Willingness to travel for outreach and sourcing events (10-15%). + Exceptional time management and project prioritization skills. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience researching, registering for, attending and organizing attendees for professional and early career events and career fairs. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $66084 - $112343 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
