Your Opportunity
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, while being a trusted business advisor to our hiring managers, advising on best practice and industry trends. You will play a critical role in championing our employer brand and value proposition to the market and have the exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact through developing and executing recruitment strategies and process improvement initiatives.
Based in our North Sydney office, you will be responsible for managing the Retail Associate recruitment across all of our retail brands - Sunglass Hut, Oakley, Ray Ban, OPSM and Laubman & Pank in NSW and ACT.
Requirements for Success
Partner with Hiring Managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment process for our Retail Associates Owning and managing the full life cycle including sourcing, screening, reference checking, hiring and onboarding Use market insights and data to advise stakeholders and inform recruitment/go to market strategies Support, coach and mentor hiring managers through the recruitment process Providing an exceptional level of customer experience to all stakeholders and candidates Building talent pools and candidate pipelines through market mapping, head hunting and networking Deliver on specific Talent Acquisition projects, such as, employer branding, streamlining recruitment process and hiring manager skills training Ensure a high level of operational excellence through ATS activity and data being up to date Adhere and achieve Talent Acquisition SLAs and KPIs
Skills & Experience
3+ years' experience in an end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition role (either agency or in-house) High volume or retail recruitment experience is highly desired, but not essential Self-motivated and feels comfortable working autonomously, but does enjoy working as part of a team Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can manage tasks with competing deadlines Experience dealing with stakeholders at all levels including Hiring Managers, external agencies/suppliers, different teams and personalities High level attention to detail Genuinely enjoys proactively identifying process improvement opportunities Creative thinker, who enjoys tackling challenges through thinking outside of the box
