Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Initiatives: Lead innovative sourcing efforts to identify top talent across the industry through direct contact (phone, email and other channels) and develop relationships with both existing and prospective candidates to maintain a steady pipeline of new applications.

Channel Observation: Apply and upkeep data-driven analysis of existing recruiting channels, and explore new, untapped areas for candidate engagement.

Collaboration: Work closely with local recruitment partners to build strategy for current and future demands, as well as with regional stakeholders to streamline and enhance the sourcing process.

Brand Ambassador: Assist recruiters with social media presence and job advertisement to captivate potential candidates and position Concentrix as employer of choice, using analytics to measure success and optimize reach.

Creative Strategies: Propose and implement new advertising techniques to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.

What you need:

Fluency in Bulgarian and English, both written and verbal.

Proven experience in talent sourcing and recruitment, with mandatory proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.

Skilled in leveraging a variety of social media platforms for effective recruitment strategies.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Capable of working independently and adapting quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
