Your keen market awareness and insightful analysis will empower stakeholders to make informed hiring decisions, propelling our tech advancements forward.

Key Objectives of this Role:

Consultatively partner with hiring managers and Human Resources to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies to source top talent to fill positions. Unleash your passion for talent scouting by actively sourcing and engaging top early-career and experienced professionals through innovative initiatives. Forge strong relationships with universities, educational institutions, and industry partners to expand talent pipelines. Collaborate closely with colleagues to curate a seamless onboarding experience, fostering a strong sense of belonging for new hires. Be the champion of engagement by developing and implementing diverse initiatives (including CSR events) that resonate with different employee populations. Stay ahead of the curve by staying proactively informed on evolving HR processes, policies, and industry trends. Leverage your analytical skills to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Partner effectively with external partners to optimize recruitment efforts and explore new educational opportunities. Become a well-being advocate, actively developing and promoting initiatives that address employee needs and foster a healthy workplace. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement well-being programs that reflect employee feedback and market trends.

Key Performance Indicators: 

Source, screen and present candidates for positions that are strong matches for the required skills, competencies and experiences.   Market Insights & Collaboration: Identify and share actionable market insights related to talent trends and best practices, contributing to informed decision-making and collaboration within the HR team.

Key Year One Deliverables: The senior recruiter/talent acquisition specialist will be responsible for identifying passive and active talent for a broad range of technical, early career, and corporate staff positions throughout the America’s region.

Responsible for delivering high quality talent on time and cost effectively.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience or skills in recruitment A minimum of 4 - 6 years of recruitment experience in the Engineering and Technology sector. Proven track record of sourcing qualified candidates through social media and online platforms. Experience using recruitment tools like applicant tracking systems, Boolean searches, and candidate relationship management software. Fluent in English. Proficiency in Spanish is a desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and persuasive communication. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Proven track record of exceeding candidate satisfaction targets. Strong negotiation and facilitation skills to secure top talent and manage onboarding processes effectively. Positive and professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
