Your Role Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Your Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting techniques.Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to job offer and contract preparation; including, pre-employment checklist monitoring and onboarding, until New Hire Orientation. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experienceUtilize social media, job boards, and other channels to attract top talent.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor's Degree related to Human ResourcesStrong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) & other recruiting software.
