Act as a subject matter expert in the overall recruitment cycle from recruitment planning to onboardingPeople Management

Provide full cycle recruitment from sourcing to account management of volume and specialized rolesEstablish partnerships with stakeholders by providing talent advisory services and directly engaging to review and understand their business hiring needsCollaborate with the business partners in developing and implementing recruiting plans and strategiesManage assigned requisitions to completion through proper delegation and strict compliance to the standard hiring processDrive and mobilize the team/direct reports to achieve goals based on set targets and monthly SLAFoster collaboration and establish harmonious working relationships within the teamChampion engagement and build a winning teamQualifications
Graduate of any 4-year course preferably BS Psychology, Human Resources Development/Management or equivalentAt least 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment of volume and corporate roles preferably in the BPO, Shared Services and IT/Financial companiesMust have a strong account and stakeholder management experienceMust have the “Talent Advisory Capability” – up-to-date when it comes to market and hiring trends, assertive and confidentHigh Attention to Details, process orientedResilient and tenaciousKnowledge and experience in Workday is an advantageWhen you join our team:
