Talent Acquisition Supervisor

*This is a hybrid position with a 50% on-site requirement in San Antonio, TX*

The Talent Acquisition Sales Recruiting Supervisor will support the strategic full cycle recruitment process for UniFirst’s Award-Winning Sales Organization by leading the Recruiting & Strategic Sourcing team. Through mentorship, recruitment expertise, and significant cross functional collaboration, this is a dynamic and key role that will drive the development and management of candidate pipelines for UniFirst’s open positions. This is a great opportunity to manage and scale a team of Talent Acquisition Recruiters and Strategic Sourcing Specialists based in the United States and Colombia.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Drive the achievement of results through coaching our internal Recruiting & Strategic Sourcing team. Manage workloads, set goals, and provide continuous feedback and development opportunities for team members.

Recruitment Expertise:

Serve as the Talent Acquisition (TA) expert for all aspects of recruiting and strategic sourcing in support of UniFirst’s Sales Recruitment InitiativesAct as a strategic talent leader to implement recruitment & sourcing solutions, strategies, and continuous process improvement.Build and foster relationships with the team, hiring managers, and stakeholders throughout the organization.Foster a consultative approach with stakeholders to serve recruitment needs as they vary across geographic and candidate markets.

Systems & Reporting:

Oversee TA’s use of the Application Tracking System (ATS) and other hiring platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc.). Generate and deliver weekly reports to monitor effectiveness & efficiency of Strategic Sourcing teamPartner with Talent Enablement team to ensure effectiveness of job posting & sourcing 
Qualifications

Experience:

4+ years of full cycle recruiting or sales experience1-2 years of TA leadership or mentorship experience with proven success driving results through coaching and developmentExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo is a plus)Experience with job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree Required
