Job Summary:
The TA Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the recruitment team, ensuring efficient and effective sourcing, screening, and onboarding of qualified candidates to meet Alorica's hiring needs in South Africa. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Development: Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs. Recruitment Strategy Execution: Implement and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Sourcing and Screening: Oversee the sourcing and screening process, ensuring that candidates meet the required qualifications and cultural fit for Alorica. This may include reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, and coordinating interviews for above agent level. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients Metrics and Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and identify areas for improvement. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant labor laws and company policies. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, as needed. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to promote Alorica as an employer of choice.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field preferred. Minimum of 4 years of experience in BPO recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques. Excellent sourcing and screening skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of South African labor laws and regulations.Skills:
