Talent Acquisition Supervisor
Requirements:
-Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, from workforce planning to final selection.
-Proficiency in competency-based interviews and assessment methods.
-Familiarity with sourcing channels (social media, job fairs, hiring platforms, etc.).
-Strong understanding of employer branding techniques and candidate experience enhancement.
-Proficiency in English (minimum IELTS 6) with the ability to communicate and translate.
-Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously for different positions.
-Excellent communication and persuasion skills for effective interaction with managers and candidates.
-Proficiency in HR software and Excel for managing recruitment data.
-Supervision of all hiring stages, from job posting to final candidate selection.

Responsibilities:
-Identify hiring needs in collaboration with department managers.
-Plan and execute recruitment processes to meet organizational workforce requirements.
-Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates based on competency models.
-Manage the talent pipeline and engage with potential candidates to build a strong talent network.
-Organize job fairs and collaborate with universities and educational institutions for talent acquisition.
-Develop and enhance recruitment strategies to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
-Prepare analytical reports on hiring processes and provide insights to management.
-Conduct background checks and reference verifications to validate candidate information and qualifications.
-Supervise all stages of recruitment, from job advertisement to final candidate selection.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition.
