Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and deliver global Talent Acquisition services while fostering a high-performing team in the Krakow Hub. Each day, you will collaborate with stakeholders, oversee Talent Acquisition processes, and ensure compliance and efficiency in service delivery. You will also showcase your expertise by mentoring team members, driving process improvements, and building a proactive, customer-centric HR environment.The work model for the role is: hybrid.This role is contributing to the Electrification, BA Function TA Common Servicesin. You will be mainly accountable for:• Setting up and delivering global Talent Acquisition services from the Krakow Hub in alignment with agreed standards, ensuring high-quality execution and continuous improvement.• Leading and managing a Talent Acquisition team, ensuring effective collaboration with the Center of Expertise and acting as a key point of contact for HR stakeholders requesting services.• Monitoring and analyzing Talent Acquisition processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal controls, while allocating tasks effectively within the team.• Driving team development through regular coaching, training, and performance reviews, fostering a proactive, customer-focused approach to HR service delivery.

Qualifications for the role

You are highly skilled in managing HR functions, with proven expertise in Talent Acquisition. Prior experience in direct team management is a strong advantage.You possess advanced skills in stakeholder management and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service with a collaborative and conflict-resolving approach.You have a demonstrated track record of successfully using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, and hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, as well as other analytical tools and methodologies.You are innovative in fostering team development, with strong delegation and coaching abilities, creating a learning atmosphere among team members.You are fluent in Business English (C1 level or above). Knowledge of German will be considered an advantage.You are captivated by strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.You are engaged in creating efficient HR solutions, leveraging your extensive experience in HR operations and talent acquisition to drive results effectively.
