We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this leadership role, you will manage a team of recruiters, overseeing end-to-end recruitment activities for all job levels.
You will drive performance, ensure operational excellence, and contribute to developing and executing the talent attraction strategy.
You may also lead recruitment efforts for niche and leadership roles, ensuring the delivery of high-quality hires that align with our business objectives.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business: Lead and manage a team of recruiters and sourcers to ensure performance goals are met while fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Contributes to team operating standards, sets direction and enables performance. Manage relationships with key business stake holders, HR Business Partners and Centres of Expertise. Deliver quality hires to support Vodafone meeting its business objectives and supporting the local market talent agenda Responsibility for the team’s day to day delivery of the Talent Acquisition services against KPI’s and project deliverables of the functional Talent Acquisition plan Responsibility for defining the standards that the team operate too ensuring compliance with policies and frameworks Supports operational excellence throughout the Talent Acquisition process and aspires to create an unmatched candidate experience Inputs into the functional recruitment and attraction decisions to deliver Talent Acquisition requirements as specified by the business function Leverage systems, applicant tracking tools, and data to optimize hiring processes and enhance team efficiency while adhering to Vodafone process guidelines, relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Monitoring and reporting on KPIs: Relevant team activity KPIsWith these skills you are a great candidate: 8+ years in Talent Acquisition, including 2-3 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.Demonstrated success in leading recruitment teams to meet KPIs and business objectives.Proven experience in stakeholder management and delivering quality hires.Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and data reporting.Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.Familiarity with employment laws, regulatory compliance, and diversity hiring practicesBachelor’s degree (required).MBA or postgraduate studies in HR (preferred).Sounds like the perfect job?
