Talent Acquisition Technology Operations Analyst

Summary of This Role

As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, your role focuses on delivering solutions associated with our Candidate Relationship Management system (CRM), Vendor Management System (VMS), Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other related technologies.

You will play a critical role in identifying integration and data issues associated with system and process changes. You will act as the voice of our recruiters understanding how work gets done and helping us deliver compliant solutions. 

You will play an active role in making sure our data and reporting are accurate or be part of a cross functional team that drives process and technology improvements. You are one of the key members responsible for developing training documentation to support recruiter learning and adoption of new practices across the organization. Think of this role as the “fixer” and “problem solver” of the Global Talent Acquisition function. 

What Part Will You Play?

Every day is different. Acting as a change agent and advocate for recruiting, focusing on the enhancement of manager and employee self-service capabilities to drive system adoption and promote consistent global use, thereby improving overall efficiency and user experience within our Workday ATS, VMS and Beamery Applications.

You will work with TA Recruiters, HRIS, Business Process Optimization and Legal, to evaluate requests, providing support and escalating as necessary.  You will ensure integrity, quality and effectiveness of the information and processes.

In collaboration with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Vendors, you will proactively identify opportunities for efficiencies and candidate experience  related to existing Talent Acquisition practices and tools, and propose/implement creative solutions.

You will design and execute report writing functions by creating custom reports (i.e. google sheets, looker studio and dashboards) and modify Workday delivered reports with the ability to create calculated fields to better support Talent Acquisition performance, compliance and other data driven activities.  

You will provide analysis of that data and work with leadership to problem solve, analyze or track the effectiveness of day to day recruitment delivery.

You have the ability to combine recruitment functional knowledge with strong Workday technical expertise to drive process and system efficiencies/best practices, promote data integrity, and ensure delivery of accurate reporting of data to the business 

You have knowledge of privacy laws that govern the attraction and recruitment of talent into an organization. 

Demonstrated understanding of recruiting operating procedures and practices, guidelines, HR technology and tools

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines is required

You are an Advanced user of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Lucid Charts or Visio, Word, and Google Workspace

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of combined Talent Acquisition recruiter and Technology Operations experience, that includes ATS support (Workday or other Global systems), Screening and Interviewing Tools, CRM, Job Board Aggregators and / or Google Analytics. 

1 - 2 years of understanding data, how to solve problems associated with data integrity issues and working with stakeholders to solve problems to gain insights.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

Nice to have is Vendor Management Systems for Contingent Labor

Bachelor's Degree

Physical Requirements

Sitting a minimum of 8 hours a day

Working on a computer a minimum of 8 hours a day

Participating in conference calls via phone or video
