Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Technology Support Specialist to help support our Global Talent Acquisition Operations Team. This role will focus on the systems and tools that keep the Global Talent Acquisition team running.

Provide day-to-day system admin support for SmartRecruiters, our applicant tracking systemAssist with conducting system testingAssist with resolution of system issuesFacilitate training and system demosCoordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Legal, Procurement, etc.)Participate on project teams as assignedIdeate on creative solutions for challenges and identify improvement opportunities, both regionally and globally

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

Must have applicant tracking system (ATS) admin experienceStrong understanding of administrative operations in Staffing/HRMust be very detail-oriented and have a strong ability to multi-taskExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and ExcelStrong interpersonal skills with ability to maintain confidentiality, conduct business in ethical manner, present a credible image and accept and follow directionStrong experience drafting business correspondenceStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAble to read, analyze, and interpret company policies and guidelinesAble to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employeesAble to interact and communicate effectively with employees, candidates, vendors, contractors, and management in a professional mannerAware that governmental employment laws and regulations exist which govern work hours, working conditions, wages, benefits, record keeping, hiring, promotion and termination practices

PREFERRED:

BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or closely related field preferred2-3 yrs. related experience or equivalent combination of education and experiencePrevious experience in an HR or Talent Acquisition systems support function

Compensation & Benefits Details

An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York.  This range may be modified in the future.You will be eligible to participate in Western Digital’s Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance.  Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan.
