Purpose of Role
Deliver end-to-end recruitment and pre-boarding processes to attract and hire qualified talent. Ensure efficiency in sourcing, interviewing, and pre-boarding while fostering diversity and building strong relationships with hiring managers, plant and site leaders, and external partners. Champion exceptional candidate experience and employer branding as a dedicated ambassador of delivering excellence in talent acquisition.
Areas of Accountabilities
Recruitment
Post job openings and actively source candidates through diverse channels. Pre-screen applicants and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers. Schedule interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.Sourcing and Talent Pools Development
Develop and maintain diverse talent pipelines for critical roles by identifying internal talent, engaging with external organizations and educational institutions. Collaborate with plant and site leaders to ensure recruitment efforts meet operational needs. Participate in job fairs, networking events, and outreach programs to attract top talent.Employer Branding and Candidate Experience
Excel the candidate experience by applying human-centered leadership principles. Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Track and evaluate the success of recruitment campaigns.Data Management and Reporting
Use insights from data to enhance recruitment practices and optimize candidate experiences.Pre-boarding
Ensure timely completion of all pre-boarding preparations to create a smooth start for new hires.
