About the Team
At Nutanix, the G&A-Recruiting team is composed of 20 dedicated members located in both Bangalore and Pune. You will report to the Sr. Manager, who encourages innovation and fosters a supportive atmosphere for all team members.
Your Role
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and keeping candidates informed at every stage.Extend offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry best practices to ensure competitive hiring strategies.Promote the company's employer brand through social media, career fairs, networking events, and other channels to attract top talent.Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal regulations and internal policies, while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process.What You Will Bring
4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, handling end-to-end processes for diverse functions and levels.Proficient in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment platforms, with a strong grasp of sourcing and candidate engagement tools.Good in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and stakeholder management.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong time management and critical thinking skills.High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy in every stage of the recruitment process.Collaborative team player, excelling in cross-functional teamwork and fostering strong relationships across departments.How we work
This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence.
