Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Talent Advisor. Key Responsibilities: * Talent Advisor will collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs, organizational goals, and talent requirements * Develop and execute customized recruiting strategies that align with the company's mission, values, and objectives * Source, engage, and assess candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and talent pools * Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit for open positions * Provide a high-touch candidate experience, from initial contact through to the final offer stage * Advise on compensation packages, market trends, and hiring best practices to ensure competitive offers and retention strategies * Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) * As a Talent Advisor, you will analyze and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire * Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent networks * Promote employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice * Contribute to diversity and inclusion efforts through inclusive hiring practices and by fostering a culture of belonging
