The Talent function is organized by customer segments with common talent profiles with the aim to personalize the way we develop and retain our top talent, build a strong talent bench with the right skills and experiences and have top talent in the highest impact roles for today and tomorrow. The Talent Advisory team plays an instrumental role in supporting leaders, managers, and employees on long-term approaches to building our talent bench for the future while helping us define scalable, innovative products for development and progression that unlock our workforce’s full potential.
As a Talent Advisor for the Office of the CFO (OCFO), you will support the execution of strategic talent priorities, processes, and outcomes for the aligned functions. You will leverage talent development expertise as well as consulting, project management, and analytical skills to advise business leaders on talent solutions and support segment-specific talent initiatives for your aligned customers through the creation of segment-specific guidance & resources for employees and managers, as well as through the execution of talent discussions, leadership team/offsite workshops, and executive coaching. You will support the utilization of Talent products to meet business demand as appropriate.
Job Responsibilities
Cover OCFO to establish and enable a talent strategy and execute talent management disciplines and strategic talent initiatives Engage in the design and adaptation of firmwide solutions and experiences, leading or contributing to at least one workstream. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and HR Executives on talent initiatives and processes, using strong relationship management and communication skills to influence outcomes and drive business results. Adapts firmwide solutions for respective sub-segment units Facilitate intact team sessions for leadership teams to coalesce (primary focus OC (Operating Committee) and OC-1 level with select OC-2 engagements) and select coaching for HROC or LeadershipEdge agreed executives Support strategic areas of focus for Segment/OC Leaders for talent planning including end-to-end delivery of annual talent processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, promotion, and performance development. Provide thought leadership on diversity, opportunity & inclusion initiatives and support the adoption of new standards and operating model Manage full end-to-end MD radar and committee processes Collaborate with partners to uplift and re-imagine talent processes, utilizing best practices from across talent advisory. Maintain a strong controls environment by adhering to risk/control expectations, procedures, and processes.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Deep experience in talent/organizational development or a related field. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and matrix environment. Proven project management and planning skills, with a track record of successful execution. Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, managing conflicting priorities effectively. Experience in designing and delivering development interventions, with highly effective analytical skills for clear and concise reporting.
