Job Description
We are currently looking for a Talent and Culture Administrator to join our team of associates at Rosewood Bangkok. Our Talent and Culture Administrator is appointed to ensure the smooth running of the T&C office with a clear focus on the experience of all associates visiting the office. This role plays an integral part in fostering a culture of relationship hospitality within the hotel.
Key expectations of this role are:
Acting as a first point of contact for all associates visiting the office. Supporting the T&C and Talent Development function by providing administrative assistance Building relationships with all associates to have a thorough understanding of all areas of the businessEffectively communicating and prioritising tasks to meet expected dates of completionMaintaining all systems to ensure the accurate, lawful storing of data and ensuring compliance by conducting monthly audits
Qualifications
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Power Point, create art work through Canva or other program.Language: Required to speak, read and write English, with fluency in other languages preferred.The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the othersBeing highly organised and proactive in completing your tasksConsistently working towards a high level of attention to detailThe ability to clearly communicate in written and spoken English through various communication channels
