Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator Team Lead to join our Talent Acquisition Shared Service (TASS) team in Makati City, PH. Our Talent Acquisition Shared Service team is responsible for providing recruiting support to our global talent acquisition teams. The TA Administrator team plays a vital role in assisting our global Talent Acquisition team by providing administrative tasks that empower in country TA Partners and Sourcing Partners to focus on meaningful interactions with hiring managers, key stakeholders and candidates. The TASS Administrator Team Lead is responsible for leading the team of TA Administrators. This position is for Mid Shift.  

Role accountabilities:

Lead a team of TA Administrators with a focus on standardizing offer letter support, interview management, and other standard global TA processes Understanding of standard operating procedures in TA Administrator and design SOP and workflows where applicable . Actively implement standardization and automation to process to improve the efficiency of the team Resolve stakeholder issues by providing solutions to ensure standards of delivery meet objectives  Continuously identify continuous improvement opportunities of TA tools and technology to enhance the process and experience of the TASS Escalation point of contact for in Country recruitment teams Develop team members through GPS touchpoint conversations, alignment calls, brief them on strategy and deliverables and carrying out performance management where necessary. Assist TA Lead with process design, process improvement, policy creation/update, automation and recruitment strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Have a thorough understanding of the recruitment process, employer branding and talent identification. Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically and actively participate in Talent Acquisition discussions, leveraging your market knowledge and expertise. Digitally and technology competent and have an intact critical thinking skills to be able to offer reliable recommendations/strategy to the team members and stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM, particularly Oracle Recruit Cloud and Eightfold to manage recruitment processes, candidate experience and maintain accurate candidate data. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Experience leading a team
