The opportunity
Join our vibrant HR team in Vilnius, where you'll drive the full recruitment lifecycle and support our employer branding activities. This role offers exciting development paths, including process improvements and engaging internal projects. Your key responsibilities
Proactively engage with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, ensuring clear communication and timely updates throughout the hiring process.
Take charge of the entire sourcing and recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Strive to deliver a “best in class” experience for all candidates, fostering a positive impression of EY throughout the recruitment journey.
Actively support and participate in employer branding initiatives, including attending university career days, meet & greet events, and other outreach activities to promote EY as a top employer.
Help establish and maintain EY’s reputation as a premier employer for graduates, engaging with the student population and showcasing the unique opportunities we offer.
Contribute to process improvements and participate in various internal projects, helping to innovate and enhance our recruitment strategies & processes.
Attributes to thrive in the role
Experience in HR, preferably in recruitment area. Experience in international environment would be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of sourcing & recruitment processes, tools and techniques.
Excellent communication, teamwork skills, the ability to work independently & as a team member in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Enthusiasm, positive, can-do attitude.
High level of spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
Tech curiosity including AI tools.
