As part of our Global Talent Attraction Team in Oceania, you’ll build strategic relationships with senior leaders and other recruitment professionals in Oceania to take our recruitment capability to the next level. Understanding our business imperatives and identifying and executing recruitment solutions which best deliver against these will ensure your success as part of this high performing and growing team. About you
In your role, you’ll:
• Report to the GTA Oceania Lead and collaborate with GTA Lead to monitor team utilization of available sourcing tools and technologies;
• Manage Talent Attraction to support requirements across open roles in Oceania;
• Ensure seamless delivery of sourcing plans and strategies to provide an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience;
• Evaluate and monitor individual and assigned team Productivity, measures of success, and SLA achievement, if applicable;
• Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports. Closely work with TA Lead to create a solid support developmental plan for underperforming direct reports;
• Organizational support with holidays, employee HR related topics, wellbeing and learning and development needs etc.;
• Ensures market/talent intelligent insights are gathered, stays on top of market news & global market trends in hiring practice, shares relevant updates with the team;
• Drive the design and delivery of sourcing strategies to identify and execute candidate generation strategies, proactively researching and assessing new sourcing methodologies to meet business hiring goals.
We’re looking for people with the following experience and skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Experience of working with candidates and stakeholders from multiple countries and cultures across APAC;
• Familiar with the offshore supporting model;
• Experience of using recruitment systems (ideally Success Factors);
• Experienced in talent sourcing and driving end to end recruitment across multiple regions in a large, matrix environment;
• Well versed and innovative approach to resourcing platforms, tools and techniques;
• Knowledge of international hiring principles including some understanding of international labor laws;
• Experienced in working closely with senior management on resourcing matters;
• Demonstrated capability to design and implement resourcing solutions, with a strategic perspective while maintaining a hands-on approach;

• Risk and Compliance – review, amend, execute, and adhere to programs and governance based on local GDS policies
• Business Continuity Planning – proactively provide high level updates on team status on critical situations to ensure all members are accounted and attended too
• The performance of assets, personnel, and costs in the assigned area – provides sign off on any local requirements for the team
• Workforce Reporting – actively report team headcount, growth, and
