What You’ll be Doing
Do you have a passion for digital and social media marketing? Do you love to think outside the box about new strategies? In this role, you’ll work with the Talent Attraction Team to generating leads and applications to proactively meet hiring needs. Your strategic way of thinking will aid in content planning, production, manage sourcing budget, performance analysis, and yes job distribution. You’ll contribute to the day-to-day recruitment marketing activities and overall success through analyzing marketing strategies, market research, and content submissions with both digital and offline partnerships.

You'll report to the Senior Manager. You’ll contribute to the success of the employee experience as well as the overall success of the team.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

Bring your passion and creativity to strategically create internal and external innovative ad campaigns and content plans specific to client recruiting goals while partnering with creative resourceEstablish goals to meet applicant goals, approve creative materials and oversee partner relations while creating content processes to support corporate teams, referral programs and traditional marketing effortsLead by example, coach and mentor peers while collaborating with Talent Acquisition and other internal teams to Act as OneAnalyze the efficiency of content types based on evaluation of key performance indicators for our online and social media strategies both paid and organic

What You Bring to the Role

Proven experience in talent attraction, talent acquisition or digital marketingStrong background in digital copywritingKnowledgeable and experience in building marketing plans and strategies especially utilizing online paid advertising and social mediaSuperior English written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be flexible during the creative process and shift priorities for business needs
