We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Attraction Partner with a proven track record in sourcing top sales talent to join our dynamic team. Ideally, you bring experience in recruiting for tech sales roles, but expertise in other sales areas is also highly valued. In partnership with Talent Delivery, you will own the candidate journey from initial engagement through to delivering a qualified pipeline. You’ll play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, nurturing, and assessing a diverse pool of top sales talent across various channels and sources, ensuring a seamless and unified experience for all stakeholders. This includes prioritizing impactful top-of-funnel activities, accelerating representation goals, and enhancing efficiencies to support global talent surges.Your ImpactAttract and engage sales talent from all channels—whether inbound applicants, internal referrals, or outbound sourcing.Conduct thorough assessments with candidates across all sources, delivering exceptional experiences and presenting highly qualified sales talent to Salesforce.Cultivate relationships with candidates for immediate and future opportunities, continuously enriching our talent pools in CRM to enable effective nurturing and matching.Submit fully assessed, qualified candidates to recruiting counterparts for further matching, coaching, and conversion.Desired Skills/ExperienceProven experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally with a focus on sales talent (tech sales experience is a plus but not required).Ability to partner and influence stakeholders across teams and functions to advocate for talent, drive efficiencies, and enhance productivity.Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding assigned goals within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Skill in building, cultivating, and activating long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work independently and as part of global, cross-regional teams in a matrixed environment.Knowledgeable and passionate about sourcing techniques, tools, processes, and initiatives.Excellent organizational, project management, and administrative skills.Self-starter with a strong sense of motivation, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to the team.Naturally curious and loves learning, with the ability to apply this curiosity to deeply assess talent based on competencies.Accommodations
